International summer musical festival “GNESSIN AIR on Znamenka” will open on 5 August, 2019 in an historic mansion on Znamenka Street, building 12. The Festival will last 11 days (until August 15) and will present 27 concerts of classical, baroque, jazz and modern music with the participation of Russian and foreign performers, as well as performances by participants of Gnessin Summer School-2019.

Special guest – Russian opera singer, People’s Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan, Honored Artist of Russia Albina Shagimuratova.

The artistic director of the project – Honored Art Worker of Russia, Head Teacher of Gnessin Special Musical School Mikhail Khokhlov.
