He has collaborated with many Russian orchestras and ensembles – the Russian National Orchestra, the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia, the Grand Symphony Orchestra, the Moscow Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra, the Musica Viva Chamber Orchestra, the Hermitage Ensemble.
In 2003, he became one of the founders of the first Russian orchestra of historical instruments Pratum Integrum, and in 2006, the L’esprit du Vent (Spirit of the Wind) ensemble, which specializes in performing music for wind instruments from 1700 to the present days.
Philip Nodel has performed in many cities in Russia, Europe and the USA.
In the past few years, he has worked closely with the East European Cooperation “I’ Culture Orchestra” as an oboist teacher, and also represented the F.Lorée company at the Double Reeds Society (IDRS) conference.
